Your desserts are the most amazing thing I've ever had. How do I compliment the baker?
Well thank you! Olivia can be found most times in the kitchen, stop in and say hi. If you're trying to save a little gas money and you've got comments/criticisms/suggestions, please send them to feedback@sugarmamasbakeshop.com.
Do you deliver?
We're looking into a courier service as we speak. For now, let us know where and when you need your order delivered, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
What are your hours?
We're open Tuesday through Saturday, from noon until 8 pm. Starting in October we'll be adding Sunday to the list, but in the meantime we're closed Sunday and Monday. Come in every Saturday and stock up!
Where are you located?
Our storefront is located at 1905 S 1st St in the heart of South Austin. Look for the giant neon cupcake. Bring an appetite.
Do you take credit cards?
We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Do you have gift certificates?

How should I care for my baked goods?
Don't get them wet, never expose them to light, and never ever feed them after midnight. All kidding aside, your counterperson will instruct you on the proper way to store your baked goods, although we don't believe there will be much left to store after you get a taste of our delectable desserts. As a general guideline: baked goods taste best at room temperature, but treats with cream cheese frosting should be refrigerated.
How much can I order at one time?
Unfortunately we have to cap off walk-in orders to 1 dozen cupcakes per person. If you need a larger order, please give us 24 hours' notice and we'll be happy to accomodate you.
Because we bake everything fresh every day, our bakers need to know about large orders so they can make enough for everyone.
Do you have nuts in your products?
Not all of our products have nuts, but some do. You should know that all of our baked goods are prepared using the same equipment.
What is the nutrition value in _________________?
It's dessert! It's got 100% of your daily deliciousness.
Do offer any vegan desserts? How about gluten free?
COMING SOON! New vegan desserts are currently being developed in our test kitchen. We need to make sure they're perfect before we put them on the menu, but our goal is to offer at least one vegan dessert per month. If you want more, let us know!

We'd also like to accomodate more of our customers by adding gluten free items to our menu, but it's hard to gauge demand. If you're in the market for gluten free baked goods, please send us an email to feedback@sugarmamasbakeshop.com and let us know what kind of treats you'd like to see!
Do you offer anything for our four legged friends?
COMING SOON! We love our furry friends as much as you do, so we have a special pupcake just for them! All net proceeds from the sale of our pupcakes will be donated to the Austin Humane Society.
